Design

Installation

Grounded in sustainability and inspired by beauty, David Brune, licensed landscape contractor and Designscape founder, oversees all aspects of installation.  From the drawing table to the field, our solid crew of dedicated experts implement every facet of a design to bring it to its full fruition. Utilizing the essential elements of experience and conscious care, Designscape’s core group of specialists bring artful expertise to the garden, rock walls, outdoor showers, water features and earthwork projects of every kind.

Nursery

We provide our projects with a vast array of premium Kauai-grown plants from our own North shore nursery.  Nourished with choice compost mix and organic fertilizer, our palms, succulents, ground covers and plentiful supply of other landscape staples are of the highest quality.  Visit our Nursery page to view examples or contact us to visit the plants in person.

Landscape Materials

We stock an extensive selection of imported landscape materials, such as stepping stones, river rock & pebbles, statues, benches, fountains, pots, and many other hand-picked pieces to compliment your outdoor space.  Browse our Kauai location to view current inventory, or for larger projects, speak with us about how to place a customized order.

Maintenance

“A garden is never finished”

Creating a beautiful outdoor environment is only the beginning.  Nurturing and tending the space is a lifelong process. All of our design projects include a 90-day post-installation maintenance program to ensure that the entire landscape is rooted in a firm foundation for prosperous health.

We are happy to provide long-term care for our projects and will work with you to determine the most efficient and supportive way to care for your environment and help it thrive.
